He was very patient and nice to my mom who is 82 and wheelchair bound. He took good care of her ears, plus the young lady who did her test was great also. Really showed concern for her and explained well too.

Very accomodating,personal,and explained things that was very easy to understand. Answered questions confidently and gave great medical advice.
